(I don't have any Bangkok Bank account, just found on this thread.)
I have never supported the fake user-agent mechanism since this approach isn't a sustainable solution. And this isn't Microsoft's fault, I used to have this problem with MS Thai and they people were very keen on to fix it. This is absolutely system implementor's fault.
These are my ideas:
- Email them
- Phone them, 1333
- Spread public awareness of this fault, Pantip is a good starter point?
